Laser Marking and Engraving

AMT is now offering Laser Marking and Engraving services. We utilize this capability as a value added complement to our contract manufacturing or as a stand-alone service for our customers or prospects in need of part markings.

Our State-of-the-Art Trumpf Fiber YAG laser is powerful enough for deep engraving yet with a spot size of 67 microns (.0026 inches), it is fine enough for extremely detailed, high-resolution surface marks ideal for part numbers, logo’s and linear and angular precision dials and scales to name a few.

Our system has a wide area field of view and X-Y axes to increase our overall marking area to nearly 12 square inches. We also have rotary capabilities for cylindrical parts.
