AMT offers production solutions ranging from simple 2-axis turning thru multi-axis milling with lights-out bar feeding capabilities of our multi-axis turn-mill Mori Seiki.

Lean Manufacturing
AMT has worked diligently to develop tooling and fixturing systems that have remarkably reduced setup times by as much as 90%. For all recurring production, we now deploy these concepts which afford us the option of smaller production batch sizes while maintaining the same costs to our customers.
CNC 2-Axis Turning
For parts that contain no milling, AMT has 2-axis turning centers which provide high accuracy and reduced setup times. We also have the capability of bar-pulling on these machines for limited, unattended production.
CNC 3-Axis Milling
Our high speed, 3-axis milling centers are capable of holding some of the tightest tolerances achievable in the industry. We have machines with large work envelopes, high RPM spindles, automatic tool probes and 30+ quick change tool magazines.
Multi-Axis Turn-Mill
Our Multi-Axis Turn-Mill capabilities include a state-of-the-art Mori Seiki 7-axis turning center with live milling tools, Y-axis, sub-spindle, 6-foot magazine bar feeder and work piece conveyor. In most cases, we utilize this capability for lights-out production. This fully automatic system eliminates 90% of labor costs and that saving is passed on to our customers.
Flexible Delivery Options
AMT offers multiple delivery options that include, but are not limited to: Single spot buy orders, JIT Delivery, KANBAN and yearly blanket orders with weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly releases.
